Reset with breth

Letting go of stress doesn't come naturally for everyone. Breth’s immersive vibrations give you a physical anchor for your attention, helping calm a wandering mind.

Wellness that works

No device can instantly rewire your nervous system. But both breathwork and vagus nerve stimulation are well-studied practices that support the parasympathetic nervous system—the part of your body that restores balance after stress.

Stimulating it sends signals that lower your heart rate, reduce inflammation, and regulate mood, digestion, and immune response.

Real science. Honest benefits. A simple way to reset.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

How Does Breth Work?

Breth uses haptic, audio, and visual formats to guide users through dedicated breathing exercises.

Breth has onboard sensors that allow it to collect information about your breathing and make a prediction on your breathing baseline, allowing us to tailor your exercise experience to your current capabilities.

How Does Breth Compare to Sensate?

Breth is designed to deliver personalized breathing exercises tailored to your baseline, offering multi-sensory guidance through specific breathing techniques and serene meditation sessions. On the other hand, Sensate is designed to enhance meditation practices through multi-sensory guidance.

How Does the Vibrations of the Device Work?

Breth uses a pair of actuators to provide high-fidelity haptic vibrations to the top and bottom of the Breth device; thus providing easily understood physical cues for guiding your breath.

What Type of Exercises Are Included on the App?

Breth currently offers six dedicated breathing exercises: Box Breathing, Belly Breathing (diaphragmatic breathing), Triple Breathing (a form of cyclic sighing), Triangle Breathing, 2-3-4 Breathing (our version of 4-7-8 breathing) and Double Exhaling (2 to 1 breathing). It also includes three multi-sensory experiences intended for different forms of stress relief and/or preparation.

How Long Should I Use Breth Each Day?

Breth's dedicated breathing sessions top out at 15 minutes in duration; of course, you can choose to do multiple sessions in a day, but this comes down to personal preference and what's happening in your day.
